We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Head to lead our finance team in Zamboanga, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance. You will play a critical role in managing financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Do: Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. Lead and mentor the accounting team to enhance skills and productivity. Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement. Analyze financial data to provide insights for strategic decision-making. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives.

What Were Looking For: Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. A degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is a plus.
