What You'll Do: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals Manage recruitment processes and ensure a smooth onboarding experience Foster employee engagement through initiatives and programs Conduct performance management and development reviews ️ Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization

What Were Looking For: Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management Strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience with HR software and tools is a plus A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making
