We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Internal Audit Manager to lead our audit team and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, extensive knowledge of auditing standards, and the ability to implement risk management strategies effectively.

What You'll Do: Plan, execute, and oversee internal audit projects across various departments. Assess risk management processes and recommend improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in compliance. Prepare detailed audit reports and presentations for senior management. Conduct follow-up audits to ensure corrective actions are implemented. Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the organization.

What Were Looking For: Minimum of 10 years of experience in internal auditing or related fields. Strong understanding of auditing standards and compliance regulations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in audit software tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
