Requirements

At least 3 years experience in a service desk LoB in the BPO industry

2 years' experience in knowledge base (KB) management

Must have experience in creating, maintaining, and updating knowledge articles under a service desk account

ITIL Certification is a plus

Web design experience is also a plus
