Position Title: Marketing Executive

Work Location: Krubong, Melaka

Working Days: 5 days (Mon - Fri)

Salary: Up to RM5,500

• Responsibilities: •
• Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitors.
• Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and print materials.
• Support the Sales Team with promotional materials, lead generation, and customer database management.
• Coordinate marketing events such as project launches, exhibitions, and sales booths.

Requirements

•

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills with a disciplined and positive work attitude.
• Monitor and report campaign performance, recommending improvements based on results.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
