Operations Manager( F&B - Casual Dining,Pub,Cafe)
Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our clients operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for translating the founders vision into actionable strategies, driving sales, maintaining operational efficiency , and ensuring the highest standards of quality and profitability across all location
Roles & Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Translate the founders vision into actionable strategies and ensure their execution across the Group. The candidate will be responsible for "running the show" operationally
Operational Oversight: Manage the entire operational framework of the Group. As the primary operational leader, ensure the highest standards of efficiency, quality, and profitability across the business.
Manage a team including the General Manager, Executive Chef, Branch Managers, and kitchen staff (100+ employees).
- Solve operational challenges, including service/food quality issues, staffing, and supply chain problems.
- Oversee financial performance, analyze reports, and optimize sales, cost control, and marketing efforts.
- Regularly assess menu performance and recommend new products or changes.
- Continuously improve and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the Group to ensure scalability and increase financial value.
Preferred Candidate Background
- We are specifically seeking candidates with experience in the pub or café industry, as opposed to large chain restaurants.
- Experience in these types of establishments aligns better with our client's culture and operational style
- Minimum 7 years experience F&B similar set up ( cafes,casual dining, pub)
- Entrepreneur & growth mindset
