Company Background We are representing one of our clients - leading premium home and interior brand We are looking for a Retail Showroom Manager to lead their Melaka team and drive sales, service, and operational excellence.

Position is based in Melaka

Job Description

• Lead and inspire a showroom team to deliver outstanding sales results and service standards.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, interior designers, architects, and contractors.
• Plan and execute retail strategies to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Manage CRM tools to track performance, nurture leads, and optimize conversion.
• Oversee showroom operations, visual merchandising, and day-to-day excellence.
• Coach, train, and develop your team for long-term success.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Minimum 23 years experience in retail management preferably in luxury retail, interior design, or building materials .
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and digital tools for data-driven decision making.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin ( to cater diversed clients)
• Passion for delivering premium customer experiences.
