SAP Central Finance - Associate Director (Makati) | Hybrid
Job description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of SAP Central Finance (CFIN) programs, including roadmap definition, solution architecture, and execution strategy.
• Drive strategic finance transformation initiatives leveraging S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, and SAP BTP.
• Define and oversee the implementation of Central Finance architecture, including SLT replication, document mapping, AIF monitoring, and Master Data Governance (MDG).
• Engage with C-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business objectives and transformation goals.
• Provide leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle: discovery, blueprinting, design, build, testing, deployment, and support.
• Ensure seamless integration with P2P, O2C, and other core business processes.
• Guide the delivery of WRICEF objects and custom developments in collaboration with technical teams.
Required Skills & Experience
• 13+ years of SAP Finance experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations, including 2+ Central Finance (CFIN) projects.
• Deep expertise in SAP Central Finance, including SLT, AIF, MDG, FI/CO replication, and source system integration.
• Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Proven experience in program management, client engagement, and team leadership across large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong cross-module integration knowledge with MM, SD, PP, and Treasury.
• Experience with data migration, system harmonization, and financial consolidation in multi-ERP environments.
• Familiarity with SAP GRC, segregation of duties, and compliance frameworks is a plus.
Certifications
• SAP S/4HANA for Central Finance Certification Preferred
• Project Management Certification (PMP/Prince2) Preferred
Educational Background
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, B.Com, MBA, CA, CMA)
