SAP Enterprise Architect - Tech Lead (Makati) | Hybrid

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the SAP enterprise architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the Enterprise design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA across multiple modules and integrated systems
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
• Ensure integration of SAP with other enterprise systems (CRM, SCM, BI, etc.).
• Govern SAP architecture standards, best practices, and documentation.
• Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to SAP project teams and solution architects.
• Oversee SAP system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards.
• Support enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of experience in SAP architecture, including at least 3 years in a lead or enterprise architect role.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and migrations.
• Strong understanding of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, BW, etc.) and integration points.
• Experience with cloud platforms (SAP BTP, Azure, AWS, GCP) and hybrid environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
• Experience in large-scale SAP transformation or greenfield/brownfield implementations.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering
• SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Application Associate (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP BTP).
• TOGAF Certification or equivalent enterprise architecture certification is highly preferred.
