SAP Finance - Associate Director (Makati) | Hybrid
Job description
Work Schedule: Morning Shift
Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati
Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines
Responsibilities
• Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation programs, overseeing solution strategy, architecture, and delivery execution.
• Define and drive finance transformation roadmaps aligned with Powered Enterprise methodology and SAP best practices.
• Provide thought leadership in SAP Finance innovations including Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and Treasury Management.
• Engage with CXO-level stakeholders to shape business cases, value realization strategies, and digital finance operating models.
• Oversee cross-functional integration across MM, SD, PP, PS, and HR modules, ensuring cohesive end-to-end solutions.
• Guide adoption of RISE with SAP and GROW with SAP models, including cloud deployment strategies and SAP BTP extensions.
Required Skills & Experience
• 13+ years of SAP experience with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in Finance and Controlling.
• Proven expertise in SAP FICO configuration and solution architecture, including Financial Accounting, Controlling, Product Costing, and Profitability Analysis.
• Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal, Central Finance, Group Reporting, and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Strong experience in SAP Activate methodology, Fit-to-Standard approach, and Agile/Hybrid delivery models.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and cloud integration technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
• Experience in strategic consulting, business case development, and transformation planning.
Certifications
• Required: SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification
• Preferred: SAP Solution Architect Certification, Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2)
Educational Background
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, CA, etc.)
