Finance and Accounting Manager (F&B Retail)

ABOUT THE ROLE The accounting and finance Assistant Manager will be responsible for daily bookkeeping , accounts payable and receivables , payroll , assistance with end-of-month close , grant reporting , audit preparation , and other related duties as assigned. The associate will work closely with and report to the Director

Responsibilities

• Familiar with accounting, finance AP dan AR, tax, and Inventory
• Responsible for handling cash flow
• Input journal to system
• Account Payable , Account Receivable reconciliation
• Treasury , budgeting , cash forecasting , fixed asset activity , debt activity
• Assist to prepare and supervise all finance, accounting and tax report
• Monitoring and check finance transaction and payment requirement
• Analyze data and documentation for annual tax reporting
• Maintain and review finance and accounting procedure and policy
• Able to do special assignment from management
• Direct report to Director

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• At least several years heading a team of subordinates
• Have implemented a new accounting system
• Knows how to apply staff system & prosedur (sysdur)
• Experienced in preparing for Annual Financial reporting and SPT
