Job Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales and managing customer service at our gym and beach club. This role is crucial for growing our membership base and ensuring all members receive outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with potential members, providing detailed information and tours of the facility.
• Drive sales by promoting membership options and club amenities to potential and existing members.
• Handle all aspects of customer service, resolving issues and ensuring a high level of member satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and enhance member retention.
• Collaborate with other teams to organize events and promotions that increase engagement and membership sign-ups.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or related fields.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• A passion for fitness and an understanding of the health and wellness industry.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
