Job description

Summary : We are seeking human resources Manager with a positive attitude to oversee the HR functions and resolve employee related issues on daily basis

Location : Bandar Puteri Bangi, Kajang

Industry : Clothing

Responsibilities

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices to improve the organization's human resources
• Maintains the work structure by updating all job requirements and job descriptions
• Establishes a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program to assist the organization's staff
• Handle monthly payroll
• Ensure employee wellness and satisfaction
• Source and hire top talents
• Craft and share issues offer letters to candidates
• Perform orientation and presentations to new employees or guests to the company
• Assist upper management in crafting company policies

Requirements

• 3 years experience
• Bachelor degree in HR
• Good communication and writing skils
• Optimistic personality
• Capable of multi tasking and handling several assignments with time limits

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm_

Ability to commute/relocate

• Kajang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
