German Desktop Publisher / PowerPoint Specialist

Our client, a 24/7 desktop publishing company, based in central Cape Town, produces business graphics in English and German and is looking for innovative individuals.

Provide high level office support services with a focus on desktop publishing, with corporate identity design experience and excellent knowledge of PowerPoint. The ideal candidate must be a well-rounded creative with problem solving skills and a solid understanding of page layout and typography.

Job description: Produce documents as per client specification and according to our quality standards Adhere to all stipulated production processes, including proofreading Complete administrative tasks, pertaining to timekeeping (for payment and billing purposes) Ensure the highest level of quality production output by adhering to client SLA requirements and internal quality criteria, as part of the production process and defined KPIs

Requirements: Native in German and English - accent free Proven experience in a customer service role Microsoft Office proficient, strong PowerPoint skills Meticulous, with an eye for detail Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Graphical experience and accreditation advantageous Shift flexibility and weekend availability Can operate extremely well within a high-pressure environment Can work independently Accountable Persistent in the completion of a task Determined and dedicated Common sense Resourceful Ability to work shifts coupled with the ability to work in a team

Personal Skills/Attributes: Excellent command of English and German Positive attitude A keen eye for details Good time management skills Good work ethics

Must enjoy the idea of working in a demanding environment Good communicator Down to Earth team player

Shifts

4-day or 5-day workweek, in office Monday to Friday, rotational shifts:

· Early Shift: 06:00 - 15:00

· Late Shift: 14:00 - 23:00

· Night Shift: 21:00 - 07:00

Salary: Market Related
