Location: Windhoek, Namibia (Office-Based)

Our client is seeking German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join their dynamic team in Windhoek. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the aviation industry, assisting customers with bookings, travel enquiries, and after-sales support while enjoying excellent employee benefits and career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with flight enquiries and reservations
- Manage flight bookings, amendments, and re-bookings
- Provide professional after-sales support
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all customer interactions
- Maintain service quality standards and performance targets
Minimum Requirements
- C1 proficiency in German (spoken and written)
- Fluent English communication skills
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Previous customer service experience
- Namibian citizen, permanent resident, or domicile resident
- Willing and able to work rotational shifts

Package & Benefits
Salary: N$26,500 CTC per month
Additional Benefits
- Relocation allowance: N$5,000
- Shift allowance: N$15 per hour worked between 20:00 and 07:00
- 21 working days annual leave per annum
- 30 days sick leave over a 36-month cycle
- 4 months paid maternity leave
- Overtime paid in accordance with the Labour Act

Working Hours
Rotational shifts including
- 05:00 – 13:30
- 06:00 – 14:30
- 08:00 – 16:30
- 09:00 – 17:30
- 10:30 – 19:00
- 13:30 – 22:00
- 15:30 – 24:00
