UK Hours: 11:00 – 20:00 Monday to Thursday, 11:00 - 19:00 Fridays, Voluntary Saturdays 11:00 - 17:00

About the Role

We are hiring energetic and target-driven UK Cold Calling Sales Agents to join a fast-paced outbound sales campaign. You will be contacting UK-based prospects, engaging in structured sales conversations, and converting leads into sales.

This is a performance-driven role with strong earning potential for high performers.

Salary & Earnings

• Basic Salary: R10,000 per month
• Commission: R5,000+ uncapped
• On Target Earnings (OTE): R15,000+ per month
• High performers can exceed OTE significantly through commission
• Transport offered home at R500 per month

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound cold calls to UK customers
• Present products/services confidently and professionally
• Handle objections and close sales
• Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Maintain accurate call records and CRM updates

Requirements

• 1 Year UK or USA (International) Call Centre Sales Experience - This is a must
• Your English language will be tested for the international clients
• UK campaign experience is a strong advantage
• Confident communication skills (English essential)
• Target-driven and motivated by commission
• Ability to work in UK hours (11am–8pm SA time)
