Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
  • Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
  • Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
  • Maintain and update company databases and records
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and other documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Conduct research and compile data as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant or office admin assistant
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
  • Fluency in English is required, knowledge of Arabic is a plus

Contract Details

This is a full-time position with a one-year contract. The working hours are from Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
