Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Admin - Ops professional to join our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to our company's operations, with a focus on the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both electronic and physical.
  • Prepare and distribute reports and presentations as needed.
  • Assist with the preparation of budgets and financial reports.
  • Manage travel arrangements and accommodations for team members.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of events and conferences.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment.
  • Handle any other administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or operational role, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the oil and gas industry is a plus.
