Job Title: Construction Manager-Water Projects
Location
Riyadh / Dammam / Mecca / Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager with 15 years of experience in civil construction projects in the GCC region , including water projects . The candidate should have strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and design requirements and be fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities
•
Manage and supervise construction activities across projects, including water infrastructure.
•
Ensure compliance with FIDIC contracts, designs, and specifications.
•
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams.
•
Monitor project progress, quality, and safety on site.
•
Resolve technical and contractual issues and ensure timely project delivery.
Requirements
•
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering .
•
Minimum 15 years of experience , including GCC and water projects.
•
Strong knowledge of FIDIC contractual and design requirements .
•
Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written).
•
Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
