Senior Derivatives Lawyer | Financial Services | HKG

A leading financial services company is hiring a senior derivatives lawyer to:

• Work closely with different business units and provide support to them on product development as well as new business growth areas
• Ensure the company's compliance with regulations and internal governance requirements
• Develop and monitor internal compliance and risk policies

Requirements

• Ideally you will be a common law qualified lawyer with at least 15 years of legal, compliance or regulatory experience gained in an international bank/financial institution with solid experience of dealing with front office and regulators
• Solid knowledge of the securities, futures and derivatives markets is essential
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
