Requirements
- RN or LPN license with multi-state compact privileges
- 1+ year experience in behavioral health or addiction care (preferred)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Flexibility for travel and varied shift coverage
- Strong communication and crisis intervention skills
Responsibilities
- Administer meds and monitor detox protocols
- Support patients through treatment with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and medical staff
- Document care accurately and timely
- Ensure a safe, therapeutic environment across all locations
