Location: Greater Kansas City Area

Pay Structure: Pay Per Visit about $29-32/hour, Paid Drive Time, Rural Drive Pay

What You'll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

• Assist in implementing individualized care plans.

• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and mobility techniques.

• Document patient progress accurately and maintain timely clinical records.

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

What We're Looking For

• Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Current PTA license in Missouri and Kansas (or ability to obtain both).

• Home health or outpatient experience preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
