Senior Distribution Electrical Engineer
Job description
Key Responsibilities
•
Develop, review, and execute complex electrical distribution designs.
•
Manage projects from concept through construction, ensuring adherence to codes and client requirements.
•
Identify and resolve engineering and constructability challenges in overhead and underground distribution systems.
•
Support proposals, cost estimating, and project planning efforts.
•
Mentor engineers and designers, promoting professional growth and collaborative teamwork.
•
Cultivate strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
Qualifications
•
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Electrical Engineering.
•
Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrical distribution design.
•
Thorough understanding of industry codes, standards, and utility design practices.
•
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
•
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or Asset Suite is a plus.
