Job Title: Caregiver (Homecare) - NGT/PEG & Tracheostomy Care Expertise Location: Abu Dhabi Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver with specialized expertise in NGT (Nasogastric Tube) , PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy) , and Tracheostomy care to join our dedicated homecare team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in providing homecare services, particularly to clients with complex medical needs. If you have hands-on experience managing these critical care procedures and are passionate about delivering exceptional care, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care support to clients, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Administer medication as prescribed and assist with feeding via NGT, PEG, or other medical devices.
• Provide specialized tracheostomy care, ensuring proper ventilation and airway management.
• Perform routine health monitoring, such as measuring vital signs, and promptly report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Support daily living activities including meal preparation, feeding assistance, and light housekeeping.
• Offer emotional support and companionship, creating a positive environment for clients and their families.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for clients, ensuring proper functionality of medical equipment.
• Keep accurate and updated records of the clients care plan and progress.
• Communicate effectively with the healthcare team and family members to ensure continuity of care. •

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 years of homecare experience , with specific expertise in NGT , PEG , and Tracheostomy care .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Compassionate, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to client well-being.
• Ability to operate medical equipment and provide hands-on, specialized care as needed.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.

Preferred

• Certification in specialized caregiving, such as Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) .
• Additional training or certifications in Tracheostomy , PEG , and NGT management .
