Remote Travel Agent- Booking Specialist
Job description
We are seeking self-motivated professionals with a talent and passion for selling and servicing groups. You will recommend resorts based on the clients' needs/preferences and provide price quotes/proposals with the goal of booking their vacation and reserving the accommodations. You will then coordinate the clients' travel and manage the group through its completion, ensuring that the travel goes smoothly and the clients are satisfied.
Position Responsibilities
•
Meet with clients to determine travel requirements, travel needs, budgets and preferences.
•
Advise clients regarding destinations, cultures, customs, weather and activities.
•
Sell and coordinate travel, accommodations, transfers and insurance
•
Collect payments, book travel arrangements and pay applicable fees.
•
Handle travel issues, conflicts, complaints, cancellations and refunds.
•
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, transactions, phone calls and meetings.
•
Attend trainings and webinars
