A leading premium fashion and lifestyle company with over 17 years of industry presence is seeking an experienced Fashion Brand & Commercial Growth Manager to drive strategic brand positioning and commercial expansion.

The organization specializes in culturally inspired ready-to-wear garments and accessories for men, women, and children, with established physical retail operations, nationwide distribution partnerships, and a growing e-commerce footprint. The business is positioned for local consolidation and international expansion across Africa, Europe, and North America.

Role Overview

The Fashion Brand & Commercial Growth Manager will provide strategic leadership across brand management, marketing, sales growth, and market expansion initiatives.

This role is responsible for strengthening brand equity, driving measurable revenue growth, expanding market reach, and ensuring consistent brand representation across all physical and digital channels.

The successful candidate will combine creativity with strong commercial acumen to deliver sustainable growth and competitive market positioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy & Management

Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with long-term corporate objectives.

Maintain and enhance brand identity, messaging, visual standards, and storytelling across all platforms.

Ensure consistency across retail outlets, digital platforms, packaging, events, and corporate communications.

Strengthen brand positioning through culturally relevant and market-driven initiatives.

  • Growth Marketing & E-Commerce

Lead digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and online sales growth.

Oversee e-commerce performance optimization including user experience improvements and conversion rate enhancement.

Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, paid advertising, influencer engagement, and content marketing.

Monitor digital analytics and customer data to inform strategy and improve ROI.

  • Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets across retail, wholesale, and online channels.

Identify and pursue new market opportunities locally and internationally.

Establish and manage strategic B2B partnerships with retailers, distributors, and industry collaborators.

Implement pricing, merchandising, and promotional strategies to optimize profitability.

  • Product Launch & Market Activation

Collaborate with design and production teams to align collections with market demand and brand positioning.

Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches and seasonal collections.

Execute impactful campaigns that drive visibility, engagement, and sales performance.

  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

Provide leadership and supervision to marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams.

Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, creativity, and results.

Work closely with operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial strategies.

  • Performance Management & Reporting

Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including:

Sales growth and revenue performance

Brand visibility and engagement metrics

Customer acquisition and retention rates

Campaign effectiveness and ROI

Provide periodic performance reports and strategic recommendations to executive management.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related discipline (MBA is an added advantage).

Minimum of 5–7 years progressive experience in brand management, growth marketing, or commercial leadership within the fashion, retail, or lifestyle industry.

Proven track record of scaling revenue and expanding market reach through digital and offline channels.

Strong commercial acumen with experience managing multi-channel retail operations.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and e-commerce management.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends within the fashion industry.
