Job Overview

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company within the ACP, PET Preform, and household products sector , is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales Coordinator to support its growing commercial operations.

The Sales Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring seamless sales execution by coordinating order processing, supporting sales teams, managing customer interactions, and facilitating effective communication between sales, production, logistics, and customer service units. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, commercial awareness, and experience working within a manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Coordination & Operations

Coordinate end-to-end sales operations, including order processing, product availability checks, and delivery scheduling.

Track sales orders from confirmation through production, dispatch, and final delivery to customers.

Ensure accurate documentation for sales transactions, invoices, delivery notes, and customer records.

Customer & Sales Support

Serve as a key point of contact for customers, responding promptly to inquiries, order updates, and complaints.

Provide professional support to the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales plans and targets.

Support key account management by maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers.

Internal Liaison & Collaboration

Liaise closely with production teams to align customer orders with manufacturing schedules.

Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Work with customer service teams to resolve order discrepancies and post-sales issues.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and pricing information.

Prepare and distribute sales reports, performance summaries, forecasts, and management dashboards.

Support management with sales data analysis to inform decision-making and planning.

Market & Product Knowledge

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ACP, PET Preform, and household product lines.

Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support sales strategy execution.

Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales , or a related discipline.

3–5 years proven experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.

Prior experience in manufacturing, FMCG, ACP, PET Preform, or household products is highly desirable.

Basic understanding of sales processes, order management, and customer relationship management.

Proficiency in CRM systems, sales management tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

Sales or business-related certification is an added advantage.
