Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
•
Design, build, and deploy robust AI/ML models to solve complex business challenges
•
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems
•
Continuously evaluate and refine models to optimize performance and reliability
Data Engineering & Analysis
•
Clean, analyze, and transform raw data into usable training and validation sets
•
Design data pipelines and identify new data sources to enhance model effectiveness
•
Drive experimentation and hypothesis testing with statistical rigor
Cloud & DevOps Integration
•
Deploy AI/ML models on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
•
Optimize performance for scalability and real-time applications
•
Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment workflows
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
•
Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
•
Document system designs, code, and technical decisions for knowledge sharing
•
Work in agile sprints and communicate progress with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field •
Minimum 3 years of experience in building and deploying AI/ML models
•
Proficient with Python or R, and machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow , PyTorch , or scikit-learn
•
Experience deploying models to cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)
•
Solid understanding of algorithms, model evaluation, and statistical principles
•
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
•
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Preferred / Nice to Have
•
Cloud certifications (AWS Certified Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer, etc.)
•
Experience in startup or high-growth tech environments
•
Prior involvement in client-facing roles or solution design for external stakeholders
•
Familiarity with MLOps and model monitoring frameworks
