MARKETING DIRECTOR - F&B - Agency - QSR
- Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's vision and business objectives.
- Articulate brand stories and messaging frameworks that resonate with regional audiences, particularly in Kuwait.
Go-To-Market Capabilities
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate product or service adoption in targeted markets.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless market entry and sustained growth.
Data Analysis & Growth Strategy
- Analyse multi-channel data to derive actionable insights that inform marketing decisions.
- Present strategic growth visions to the CEO, based on a comprehensive understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviours.
Corporate Communication Planning
- Lead the development of corporate communication strategies that enhance the company's public image and reputation.
- Directly manage and oversee all aspects of communication campaigns, ensuring alignment with the brands core values and objectives.
Reputation Building
- Develop and implement reputation-building campaigns that promote corporate trust and credibility.
- Proactively address potential reputation related challenges by cracking appropriate corporate messaging strategies (for external and HR employee relations matters).
Agency Relationship Management
- Cultivate strong partnerships with advertising, PR, and other relevant agencies.
- Ensure maximum ROI by effectively negotiating contracts, overseeing agency
deliverables, and providing consistent feedback.
Research Agency Management
- Oversee collaborations with local and or regional research agencies to gather market and consumer insights.
- Evaluate and refine research methodologies to ensure data accuracy and relevance.
Consumer Insight Discovery
- Direct research efforts towards uncovering deep consumer insights specific to the Kuwait and regional market.
- Translate insights into actionable marketing strategies that enhance the brands connection with local and regional customers.
Key Qualifications
- Proven experience in a senior marketing role with a track record of successful strategic planning and execution for at least 10 years.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in managing teams and external partnerships.
- Deep understanding of the Kuwait and regional market dynamics, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (experience at writing high level strategic presentations).
- Experience in corporate communication and reputation management.
- Ability to effectively manage agency relationships to ensure optimal performance and value delivery.
Academic requirements
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering, with specialisation in Marketing.
- MBA is a plus
- Other qualifications/certifications in social media, advertisement, analytics, etc.
