Project Manager

Job title: Project Manager Company: International Leading Technology Company Location: Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia

Manage the end-to-end delivery of Data Center construction projects or Solar projects in Mongolia, overseeing project planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and site activities. Drive successful project outcomes by ensuring that safety, quality, schedule, and budget objectives are achieved.

Responsibility

• Manage the end-to-end execution of Data Center construction projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, utility providers, and local stakeholders.
• Review project designs, civil drawings, construction plans, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure construction activities comply with project requirements and safety standards.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Track project progress and provide regular reports to management.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external parties.
• Support project acceptance, handover, and close-out activities. Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of project management or project coordination experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, mining, energy, or related projects.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, and civil engineering principles.
• Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, design documents, and project schedules.
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, and government or utility stakeholders.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both office and site environments.
• Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.
• Fluent English communication skills required.
• Chinese language skills are an advantage
