JOB SCOPE

Role : Digital Marketer

Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to our products and increase brand awareness, as well as meeting company sales target.
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Shopee Ads and other platforms, to maximize ROI.
Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.
Analyze digital marketing data and user feedback to make necessary adjustments to campaigns and strategies.
Monitor trends in digital marketing tools, applications, and channels and incorporate them into the company's marketing strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or related field.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin are an added advantage
At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required.
Fresh graduates in the related field are also encouraged to apply ; Experienced candidates will be added advantage
Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media management, and other digital marketing strategies.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Tik Tok Business, and email marketing software.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively intra and inter departments.
Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing trends and technologies in digital marketing.
Problem-Solving: Capable of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
Creativity: Ability to develop unique and engaging marketing campaigns.
Time Management: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Attention to Detail: Thoroughness and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
Related field training or certificate is an added advantage.
Willing to travel & possess own transport.
Remote work setting applicable for outstation staff
