Job Summary

We are hiring passionate Early Years Facilitators to create a fun, engaging, and developmentally supportive environment for preschool children. This role involves planning and conducting interactive sessions, maintaining reports, coordinating events, guiding assistants, and ensuring child safety and parent communicationall while setting a strong example for the team.

Work Timings: 11:00 AM 6:00 PM or 12:00 PM 7:00 PM (7hrs shift)

Key Responsibilities

•

Conduct planned learning sessions at the centre and/or childs home

•

Ensure classes are fun, creative, and enriching

•

Maintain reports and conduct regular child assessments

•

Plan and organize events, celebrations, and field trips

•

Ensure hygiene, safety, and adherence to school policies

•

Guide and support assistant teachers and support staff

•

Interact with parents to share child progress

Qualifications

•

Degree in Early Childhood Education (NTT / Montessori / ECE / CIDTT) or a Bachelor's Degree

•

2-3 years above of experience in preschool or early childhood education

•

Strong communication and storytelling skills

•

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

•

Energetic, responsible, creative, and a team player
