Job Title: Process Operations Manager
Hourly Pay: $42 - $70/hour

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and improve workflows across departments to optimize performance •
Design and implement process strategies that eliminate inefficiencies
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
- Collaborate with teams to understand operational challenges and drive improvements •
Monitor KPIs and metrics to measure process effectiveness

Conduct audits and recommend solutions for performance gaps
- Manage cross-functional improvement projects from planning through execution •
Develop and maintain SOPs and workflow documentation

Ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards
- Provide regular updates to leadership on progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process optimization or operations management
- Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) •
Excellent problem-solving and data analysis skills

Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving change
•
Proficiency in BPM tools and project management software
- Strong communication and documentation skills
