Job Title: Remote Project Coordinator

Hourly Pay: $26 - $32/hour

We are seeking a motivated Project Coordinator to support our project management team and help ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. In this role, you will assist with organizing project activities, tracking progress, and providing administrative support. Job Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Project Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing projects
• Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates
• Communicate with team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and address issues
• Help coordinate meetings, record meeting minutes, and follow up on action items •

Monitor and update project timelines, resources, and budgets

• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, contracts, and other related documentation •

Support the resolution of project-related issues and bottlenecks

• Assist with project reporting and presentation preparation for leadership and clients

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative/project support role •

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello, Asana) •

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
