Location: Bridgend, South Wales

Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 + bonus

Join a sports industry leader with iconic brands! Our client, a century-old giant in the retail sports sector, owns two of the industrys top brands, regularly featured on Sky Sports. These brands arent just well-knowntheyre built on complex product lines with multiple component parts. Each element plays a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity and success.

As the Product Marketing Manager, youll take the lead in developing and executing strategies for these intricate product portfolios. Youll be responsible for marketing everything from individual components to full product ranges, ensuring seamless integration across the brand. Your expertise will guide new product launches, digital content optimization, and innovative go-to-market strategies to keep these brands at the forefront of the sports world.

What Youll Do

  • Master the product portfolio gain an in-depth understanding of all the brands, products and components and how they drive the overall brand strategy.
  • Lead innovative marketing strategies develop data-driven plans that position our products as industry leaders in a highly competitive market.
  • Collaborate effectively work across teams to balance short-term launches with long-term brand vision.
  • Oversee product launches manage the marketing of designs, ensuring every launch is successful and optimised for digital platforms and social media.
  • Analyze the market study competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour to refine our approach across the product line.

What Youll Need

  • Proven product marketing experience
  • Expertise in market segmentation, competitive positioning, and creating compelling USPs.
  • Excellent project management skillshandling product launches, timelines, and life cycles for complex product portfolios.
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus, but managing detailed product lines is key.

  • Products that have multiple component parts or categories.
