Digital Marketer
Job description
Position: Digital Marketer Number of hours: 20 hours/week Schedule: BST
Tasks required
•
Contribute in the implementation of marketing strategies
•
Organize marketing initiatives or events to raise brand awareness
•
Plan, execute, manage and optimize various advertising campaigns for Google, Facebook, Tiktok, and other social media platforms
•
Regularly analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs and produce daily reports to identify issues and opportunities for growth
•
Communicate KPIs to key stakeholders
•
See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
•
Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness
•
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging platforms to keep the company’s marketing strategies current
•
Prepare engaging content and ad copy to boost campaign conversion
•
Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
•
Collaborate with the client in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
•
Other ad hoc tasks that would be assigned
Requirements
•
Proven work experience with marketing or a relevant role is required
•
Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principles
•
Expert in managing Google Ads, Google Marketing and Facebook advertising campaigns
•
Good understanding of market research techniques, statistical and data analysis methods
•
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and marketing software (e.g. CRM)
•
Thorough understanding of social media and web analytics
•
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
•
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
•
Creativity and commercial awareness
•
A team player with a customer-oriented approach
•
Self-disciplined and organized; able to consistently perform with limited supervision
