Job description
Position: Graphic Design Support
Number of hours: 20 hours/week
Schedule: TBD
Tasks required
•
Assist in designing graphics for digital platforms, including social media posts, banners, and email templates.
•
Create and edit visual content using tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent software.
•
Support in developing branding materials, presentations, and marketing collateral.
•
Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet brand guidelines and project requirements.
•
Perform basic photo editing, resizing, and optimization for various platforms.
•
Help organize and maintain the company’s digital asset library.
•
Provide feedback and suggestions to improve the overall quality and impact of visual designs.
•
Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high-quality output.
•
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
•
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or any relevant role is required
•
Strong understanding of current design trends, able to source the right illustrations, photographs, videos, and other visual treatments considered to be leading edge
•
Expert with the use of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Freehand, Adobe After Effects, Corel, Sketch, and other graphics designing software
•
Basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus
•
High attention to detail and a creative mindset
•
Compelling portfolio exhibiting work over wide range of creative projects
•
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
