  • Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Manager of Western nationality (PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU AREN'T FROM A WESTERN BACKGROUND-THIS IS THE CLIENTS REQUIREMENT) to oversee our housekeeping department. The ideal candidate will possess a BICS (British Institute of Cleaning Science) certificate and demonstrate exceptional leadership skills to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout our facility.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervision: Lead and manage the housekeeping team, ensuring effective training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor cleaning standards, conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and hygiene regulations.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for housekeeping staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient workflow.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating purchasing and reordering as needed.
  • Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries and concerns regarding housekeeping services, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and control for the housekeeping department, identifying cost-saving opportunities.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure all housekeeping practices adhere to health and safety regulations and promote a safe working environment for staff.
  • Qualifications:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Certification: BICS certificate is required.
