RGH Global is recruiting international Staff Midwives for permanent Staff Midwife roles in Auckland.

**Key duties:**

• Deliver woman-focused care in partnership with women, families, and health teams
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate maternity care plans
• Provide education on pregnancy, birth, and postnatal periods
• Ensure evidence-based practice and cultural safety

**Requirements:**

• New Zealand Registered Midwife with current APC (or eligible)
• Recent midwifery experience excluding new graduates
• Understanding of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and NZ maternity systems
• Autonomous, flexible, with strong time management and teamwork
