Role Overview
As a Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Brownwood, you will play a vital role in providing patient care through advanced cardiac monitoring . You will:
- Monitor and interpret telemetry data , such as electrocardiograms and heart rate.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans .
- Identify and address critical changes in patient conditions.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and uphold the Texas Nurse Practice Act .
Qualifications
- Education : Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma or Associate Degree).
- Licenses & Certifications :
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- CPR-BCLS certification
- ACLS certification (required before orientation completion)
- NIH Stroke Scale certification (required before orientation completion)
- Experience : Ideal for both new graduates and experienced RNs looking to specialize in telemetry care .
