Job description

Primary Duties

  • Ensure accurate product information/ data entry
  • Enter production orders using company-based software
  • Send images of products to customers
  • Issue materials/receiving finished goods
  • Provide customer service support for selling platforms
  • Review data for discrepancies or errors
  • Add new products or remove obsolete products that are no longer available
  • Resolving data problems by analyzing data and identify solutions
  • Work on special projects

Experience and Skills

  • Intermediate Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook
  • High School Diploma, College Degree Preferred
  • 1-2 Years’ Experience in Office Environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Able to meet deadlines
