Data Entry Clerk

We are a Transportation Brokerage Firm located out of Burbank, CA looking for a data entry clerk to assist in the following tasks:

Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff.

Maintaining polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.

Completing projects on a need basis.

Requirements

Prior administrative experience.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Must be organized and detail oriented.
