Job description for Hygiene Operator

Reporting to the Hygiene Manager the Hygiene Operator will complete nightly cleans on production lines in a time frame in all production areas.

Working nights and including Sunday as working week.

Adherence to procedures

• GMP Daily hygiene and housekeeping,
• Good Housekeeping is essential.
• Cleaning instruction cards ensure cleaning instruction cards are met and 100% adhered to during clean downs.
• Following chemical training completed.
• Following sequence of cleaning training completed.
• BRC and 5s standards to be upheld every day:

HR Metrics - Key HR Metrics need to be maintained at all times in the business:

• Ensure to have good timekeeping and absence levels.
• Has a minimum of 11 hours rest between their shifts.
• Knowledge and application of company handbook, policies, and procedures.

Work towards achieving all key company goals and objectives by obtaining daily metrics:

• Daily GMP Scores
• Training/Flexibility
• Timekeeping/Attendance
• Health & Safety
• Audit ready every day.

Knowledge

• Will have experience in a Food manufacturing environment / Hygiene Team
• Knowledge of the procedures used in a Food manufacturing environment.

Experience

• Should have experience in an Food manufacturing environment
