Senior Sales Systems Analyst | Power BI & CRM

About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Sales Systems Analyst to strengthen our commercial reporting and automation. You will work with business stakeholders to improve Power BI reporting, CRM data quality, integrations, and workflow automation , reducing reliance on manual spreadsheets.
This is a business-facing analyst/developer role , ideal for candidates who enjoy transforming complex data and messy processes into reliable, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and semantic models
- Translate reporting and automation requirements into practical, scalable solutions
- Improve CRM data structures, pipeline tracking, and data quality
- Automate workflows across CRM, reporting, finance, and operational systems
- Document reporting rules, KPIs, and processes for governance and adoption
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure data-driven decision-making
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or business intelligence
- Strong Power BI expertise (Desktop, Power Query/M, DAX, semantic modeling)
- Experience in CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Solid understanding of data modeling, KPIs, and reporting accuracy
- Ability to work independently while communicating effectively with business stakeholders
- Excellent English communication and documentation skills
Preferred Skills
- SQL, ETL, Azure, or cloud/data platforms
- Experience with workflow automation (Power Automate, JSON/REST)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft 365, or CPQ workflows
- Familiarity with sales operations, pipeline management, forecasting, or finance integration
