Product Executive

Requirements;

• Min Bachelor Degree majoring in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
• Min 1+ years of experience in Product Management, Marketing, and/or Sales
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.
• Practical minded with a technical/ mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and apply new product or technical knowledge
• Must be comfortable and open to working on commercial & residential jobsites: Making end user visits, sales calls, distributor visit, and field testing
• Good command of English both written and spoken.
• Have car driving license and willing to travel out of town
• Develop responsible product category strategy and growth objectives including, but not limited to: new product commercialization, sales budget, inventory management, demand planning, and promotional planning
• Ensure and foster cross department collaboration with Brand Marketing, Sales, JSS, Service, Supply Chain, and Global Marketing teams
• Conduct field market & competitive research for target professional trade users and applications to suggest new product opportunities and position products in market
• Commercialize new products for market, including: market & product research, competitive analysis, price positioning, forecasting, product messaging, marketing asset development, sales training, and after launch support
• Carry out any other ad-hoc duties as necessary
