Job description

We are seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school team. The successful candidate will provide speech and language therapy services to students with communication disorders, promoting their academic success and social participation.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and assess students' communication skills, identifying strengths and challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve students' speech, language, and communication skills
  • Provide speech and language therapy sessions to students, focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate speech-language pathology into the educational environment
  • Develop and implement augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) systems as needed
  • Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support their child's communication development
  • Monitor students' progress and report findings to educators, parents, and other relevant parties

Shift: Days [full-time, 35hrs]

$100 gas incentive (one time)
