Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee property sale/purchase transactions, title clearance, and document filings.
• Collaborate with the Managing Partner to foster a supportive, high-performing team of support staff.
• Utilize Closers Choice real estate software for efficient reporting and analysis.

Whats Offered

-Base salary of $80K- $90K (dependent on experience) + percentage of closings. Estimated income all-in is $130K-$140K/annually-3 weeks paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 12 paid holidays-75% employer-paid medical, vision, and dental insurance-Employer-paid CLEs to maintain Florida licensure.
