BMS Operator - 6 Months Contract

Job Summary

The BMS Operator is responsible for monitoring, operating, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure efficient and safe operation of all building systems, including HVAC, lighting, power, and security. The operator will ensure that all systems function optimally, troubleshoot issues, and adjust system settings as needed to maintain comfort and energy efficiency within the facility.

Qualifications

• Education : Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics or a related field.
• Technical Skills :
• Strong knowledge of BMS software and control systems.
• Understanding of HVAC, lighting, and electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret system diagrams, manuals, and technical documents.
• Computer Skills : Proficiency in using BMS software and other building management tools.
