Registered Dental Hygienist

We are currently seeking applicants for a Registered Dental Hygienist position to assist our client. If you are interested, we welcome you to submit your application.

Hours are Tuesdays 11:00-7:00, Wednesdays 10:00-6:00, Thursdays 8:00- 4:00, Fridays 7:30-3:30, 1 Saturday per month 9:00-4:00 (closed all Saturdays in July and August)

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough dental cleanings and examinations to detect oral health issues such as periodontal disease, cavities, and other abnormalities.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care practices.
• Perform dental charting and maintain detailed patient records.
• Sterilize dental instruments and maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in dental hygiene.

Experience

• This is a permanent position, preference will be given to candidates with 1 year or more experience.
• Strong knowledge of dental terminology, instruments, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and dedication to patient comfort and safety.
