Site Supervisor

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Supervisor. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects in the Greater Toronto Area, Barrie and peterborough areas.
Responsibilities include ensuring project compliance with plans and specifications, coordinating subcontractors and trades, conducting regular site inspections, monitoring safety protocols, scheduling, all require site management tasks, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
•
Minimum 4 years Experience in project management and site supervision
•
Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health and safety standards
•
Excellent communication and leadership skills
•
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
•
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
•
Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
•
Attention to detail and quality
•
Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft project, etc.)
•
experience with Procore management software is an asset
•
full knowledge of site health and safety requirements
•
Degree or diploma in construction management or related field (preferred)
•
Certifications in construction safety and project management (preferred)
